This lovely and spacious apartment is in a privileged holiday location by the Porto de Mós beach just a short walk away from the complex. The center of Lagos is approximately 10 minutes’ drive where all amenities are found, several restaurants and shops, the Lagos marina and a promenade along the river with beautiful views of the sea.
The apartment is an ideal summer holiday location by the beach but also perfect for winter lets due to the mild climate and for golfers with several golf courses nearby, particularly Boavista only 3km’s away.
There is a double bedroom, a family bathroom, an open plan lounge/dining room with sofa-bed and a kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is air conditioning throughout and a good sized balcony accessed from the kitchen and dining room sliding doors.
The holiday complex has a lovely pool terrace with sun loungers, palm trees and a swimming pool for adults and children. The gardens are manicured and there is a children’s play area and free parking. There is also a restaurant and coffee bar with wi-fi, open during the summer months.
A car is recommended to get around although there is a mini-market nearby and excellent restaurants on the beach that are within walking distance – approx. 8 minutes’ walk.
The city center is an easy 20-30 minute walk but taxi fares are reasonable and the local bu,s called ‘Onda’ stops every hour by the mini-market and at the beach.
